Amy Meyer

Amy Meyer is a seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of domestic and international experience, known for transforming organizations through proactive HR strategies and aligning HR processes with business strategy. They held leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Chief Organizational Development Officer at Rhinestahl Advanced Manufacturing Group (2016–2022), EVP of Human Resources & Organizational Development at AAA Allied Group (2012–2016), VP of Human Resources & Talent Management at F+W Media, Inc. (2004–2012), Director of Workforce Planning at Cincinnati Bell (2000–2003), and Manager of Staffing & Selection at Ethicon Endo-Surgery (1988–2000). They served as Chair of the Board of Directors for AMIP in 2022. Currently, they are pursuing a BBA in Marketing and Quantitative Analysis at Miami University and an MEd in Personnel Training & Development at Xavier University.
