Amiri HR is an executive search firm working across the UAE, GCC, CIS, and international markets.
We help companies hire senior leaders, niche specialists, and management teams across Finance & Investments, IT & Digital, Management Consulting, Retail & FMCG, and Industrial sectors.

Our work is built around understanding how a business actually operates: its leadership structure, decision-making style, growth stage, and the real challenges behind each hire. We work closely with founders, boards, and leadership teams to identify professionals who not only match the role technically, but also fit the company’s culture, pace, and long-term direction.

Our main areas of expertise include Finance & Investments, IT & Internet, Management Consulting, Retail & FMCG, and Industry. Within these sectors, we support companies in building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capabilities, and hiring talent for both growth-stage and established businesses.

We focus on thoughtful search, strong market knowledge, deep industry networks, and long-term fit between candidate and company.
