Ajit Maurya

Ajit Maurya has worked in various roles in the recruitment and HR fields since 2007. Ajit started at WelcomeTech as an HR Executive, where they were responsible for researching technologies, contacting clients and hiring managers, and providing training and assistance related to recruitment. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Sr. HR Consultant at Avintz Consulting, where they were involved in the end-to-end recruitment process. In 2011, they moved to Bellsoft as a US IT Recruitment Specialist, where they managed the full-cycle recruiting process from job order analysis to compensation negotiation. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Intelliswift Software, Inc. as a Sr Technical Recruiter. Most recently, they worked at AMISEQ as an Associate Manager and Team Leader-Recruitment.

Ajit Maurya completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mumbai in 2012. Ajit has since obtained two additional certifications, a Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in July 2020, and an Agile Crash Course from Udemy in June 2020.
