Bhavin Shah has been in the workforce since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Sr. Dealer (Equity Cash & F/O) for Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. and also provided tutions for Accounts of 11th to 13th Commerce stream and all subjects of 1st to 5th English medium. In 2007, they worked as a Dealer (As an Executive Dealer NSE, BSE and F&O) for Portfolio management (NRI Client). In 2009, they worked as a Delta Hedger (Arbitraguer) for INDIA ADVANTAGE SECURITIES LIMITED. In 2010, they worked as an Arbitraguer for Adroit Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, they worked as a Recruitment Associate for Nityo Infotech. In 2015, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for Integrated personnel Services Pvt Ltd. with experience in placing consultants from different backgrounds. In 2016, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Intelliswift Software, Inc. with experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals. Since 2019, they have been working at AMISEQ as an Associate Manager – Recruitment & Delivery, Team Lead, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Sr. Technical Recruiter.

Bhavin Shah completed a B.com in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai. BHAVIN then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university. Additionally, Bhavin has obtained a Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, a BCDE certification from BSE Institute Ltd, and an NCFM certification from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
