Rachit Sarda has held various positions in the IT recruitment and staffing industry since 2013. Rachit began their career at Collabera Inc. as a Technical Recruiter - Semi Conductors/Telecomm, then was promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter - Semi Conductors/Telecomm. In 2016, they joined Akraya Inc. as a Lead Recruiter, responsible for full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs of Clients. In 2017, they joined AMISEQ as Director - Talent Acquisition & Delivery, responsible for managing the entire offshore team of Professional IT Recruiting Leaders across two operational centers. Rachit was also responsible for forecasting and keeping track of revenue for the entire Recruitment Business Unit. Rachit has also held the roles of Associate Director - Client Services & Delivery, Senior Manager - Process Excellence, Recruitment & Global Delivery, Manager - Recruitment & Delivery, and Recruitment Lead.

Rachit Sarda's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer from G H Patel College of Engineering & Technology from 2009 to 2013, and prior to that they attended St. Xaviers School from 2000 to 2009.
