Raj Kumar began their career in 2022 as a Technical Recruiter at AMISEQ, where their primary responsibilities included sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry. Raj was also involved in creating and managing a candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills. Raj'scommunication skills, people networking abilities, aggression and customer orientation skills were key to their success in the job. In the same year, they joined Silverlink Technologies as an Information Technology Recruitment where they were responsible for the end-to-end US IT recruitment life cycle, from sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
