Rupesh Walavalkar

Rupesh Walavalkar has worked in the IT industry for over 13 years. In 2021, they joined AMISEQ as the Associate Director of Recruitment & Delivery. In this role, they are responsible for helping organizations manage the rapid evolution of technology and expanding development capacity, accelerating time to market, and building flexible distributed delivery models. Prior to this, they were the Team Manager of Recruitments at Intelliswift Software, Inc. from 2008-2021. At Intelliswift, they were responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for the second largest private IT Company in the Silicon Valley.

Rupesh Walavalkar obtained an MBA from the University of Mumbai in 2007, where they studied Systems. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Mumbai in 2005. In 2020, they obtained a Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn. Rupesh also holds an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering from MIT.
