Sam Davies is a Chief Winemaker at Amisfield since April 2021. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Winemaker for Shaw + Smith Pty Ltd. from September 2015 to September 2020, overseeing the production for Shaw+ Smith, Tolpuddle, and The Other Wine Co. Sam also served as a winemaker at Herdade dos Grous from 2013 to 2015.
