Mike Kostalik

Mike Kostalik has extensive experience in neurodiagnostic testing, currently serving as the Neurophysiology Department Manager at AMITA Health - Adventist since December 1985, focusing on intraoperative monitoring, EEG, long-term monitoring, and evoked potentials. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a REEGT at the VAMC Lakeside from February 1982 to January 2005, performing EEGs and PSGs, and held a temporary position at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for scoring and interpreting PSGs. Earlier experience includes full-time neurodiagnostic testing at Rush University Medical Center, covering a wide range of EEG-related procedures. Mike's educational background includes a CMET in EEG from the VAMC Gainesville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Knox College, with additional studies at the University of Florida.
