Rance Clouser

Rance Clouser is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in leading enterprise-wide IT strategies and operations across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Regional CIO at Ascension since December 2019, Rance oversees IT strategy for a network of 19 hospitals and 230 clinics, collaborating closely with clinical and operational leaders. Previous roles include interim Regional CIO for Ascension Florida, System Vice President of IT Support Services at Advocate Aurora Health, and Vice President positions in IT Field Support and Unified Communications at Advocate Health Care. Rance possesses a strong background in managing substantial budgets, transforming IT service delivery, and leading strategic projects. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Taylor University, Rance brings a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen to drive organizational success.
