Rutherford Maganga has worked in various sales and marketing roles since 2000. In 2000, they were the Corporate Sales Manager at Adwest Communications, where they were responsible for project management of procured contracts and sales to the government and agricultural sectors. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Senior Client Relationship Executive at AccessKenya, where they managed, trained and motivated the team, grew individual and overall client bases, and developed new markets to meet specific client requirements. Rutherford then worked as the Sales Manager-Outsource IT at AccessKenya from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for driving sales revenues and managing the business unit end to end. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Sales & Marketing Manager at COLGRAY LTD. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Sales Director at AquaVita Ltd, where they led a team of talented individuals to provide drinking water solutions to facility managers, admin managers and organizations across East Africa. Rutherford is currently the Head of Sales at Amitruck, a position they have held since 2022.
Rutherford Maganga obtained a Diploma in Insurance Practice from the College of Insurance Nairobi in 1999. Rutherford is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
