Rupert Margolis

Rupert Margolis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Amius Limited, Rupert focuses on strategy, governance, and people and culture. Previously, roles included Assistant Chief of Staff in the Office of the EMEA CEO at Citi and Project Management Consultant at FDM Group, where Rupert managed relationships in government technology transformation. A veteran of the British Army, Rupert held several leadership positions, including Joint Fires Cell Commander, where responsibilities included coordinating joint fires and managing soldier welfare. Rupert holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Leeds.
