Kenan Hill

Kenan Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kenan started their career as a Platoon Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where they managed the receipt and delivery of critical medical supplies. Afterwards, they worked as a Store Manager at RadioShack, exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Kenan then transitioned to the telecommunications sector, working as a Lead Sales Representative at T-Mobile, and later as a Technical Solutions Specialist at Verizon, driving sales and providing complete wireless solutions to customers. Kenan then moved into the field of Information Technology, working as an IT Material Handler at FDA, managing orders and ensuring proper labeling and packing of materials. Kenan then joined Halfaker and Associates, LLC as an Information Technology Associate, maintaining a knowledge base and troubleshooting issues for Help Desk technicians and users. Following this, Kenan worked as a Technical Services Analyst at SAIC, providing technical support for computer systems and responding to complex software and network issues. Currently, they are employed as an Information Technology Analyst at Amivero, where they resolve technical issues, supports company projects, and proactively identifies threats to enhance system performance.

Kenan Hill attended Prince George's Community College from 2020 to the present, pursuing an Associate's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Lee High School. Before Lee High School, from 1992 to 1994, Kenan studied at Concordia Lutheran High School. In addition to their formal education, Kenan obtained a certification in Developing a Basic Understanding of Agile from Skillsoft in June 2022.
