V. P. Leekha

Mr. Ved Prakash Leekha is B.E. (Mechanical) and has a wide and varied experience of over four decades in the Paper Industry and associated with the Pudumjee Group for the last 19 years. Mr. Leekha earlier held the position of Managing Directorship in the Company up to 30th April 2019. The Shareholders of the Company vide their Special Resolution at the 5th Annual General Meeting held on 27th July 2019 appointed him as ‘Non-Executive Director’ of the Company w.e.f. 27th July 2019.
