Rashmeet K

Rashmeet K has a diverse work experience in the field of client engagement, delivery, recruitment, and human resources.

In 2010, Rashmeet joined IGATE as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2019, Rashmeet worked at MRCC as a Senior Lead Technical Recruitment, responsible for recruiting candidates based on client requirements and maintaining relationships with clients from various industries.

Currently, Rashmeet is employed at AMK Group since 2021. Rashmeet initially started as a Recruitment Manager and later progressed to the role of Head of Enterprise Client Engagement and Delivery. In their current role, Rashmeet is focused on building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and ensuring effective communication channels and alignment within the organization.

Rashmeet K has a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. Rashmeet then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
