Kelvin Cheng

Kelvin Cheng is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing and directing IT services and infrastructure. Currently serving as the IT Director (Country Head) at Amkor Technology, Inc. since May 2017, Kelvin has previously held the position of Sr IT Manager at Carsem, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations and implementing automation systems for Carsem Semiconductor in Suzhou, China. Prior experience includes serving as Senior IT Infrastructure Manager at Infineon Technologies, focusing on regional office automation and infrastructure services. Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Victoria University and a Higher Diploma in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology.
