Marnie Mattei

Marnie Mattei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced package development and technology integration, currently serving as Sr. Director at Amkor Technology, Inc. since July 2008, where previous roles included Sr. Director of TSV Product Development and Sr. Director of Systems Modules. Prior to this, Marnie held engineering management positions at RFMD from March 2000 to May 2008 and was a product manager at Abpac Corporation. Early career experience also includes work as an engineering consultant at Chrysler Electronics and as an engineering manager at Benchmark Electronics. Marnie Mattei earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University between 1985 and 1991.
