Ankit Mathur

Ankit Mathur is an experienced HR professional with a focus on performance management and strategic human resources leadership. Ankit has held key positions at AML RightSource as Director of HR Operations for the APAC region and Director of HR India, where responsibilities included the development of HR policies. Prior to AML RightSource, Ankit served as Head of HR India and Senior Manager of HR - Employee Relations at Jumio India Pvt Ltd, emphasizing performance management. Earlier career efforts included roles as Senior Consultant HR at Tokom Software, Senior Manager HR & General Management at SignalChem LifeSciences, and Senior Manager-HR at Goyanka Technologies, all contributing expertise in talent acquisition and performance management. Ankit holds an EPHRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur.
