Jeff Kikel is the Vice President of Technology and Quality at AML3D, where they lead initiatives to enhance product quality and technological innovation. Previously, they managed the NDT Engineering Department at Newport News Shipbuilding, overseeing numerous NDT examiners and being involved in welding engineering for various nuclear and non-nuclear projects. With 28 years of experience in welding engineering and quality management, they have authored papers on nickel-based weld materials and have extensive expertise in root cause analysis and performance improvement methodologies. Jeff holds an MS in Quality Assurance from Calumet College of Saint Joseph and a BS in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University.
