Prakash Gajghate has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Prakash started their career in 2010 as a Sr. Analyst at Alacrity E-commerce Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Mobikon Asia Pte. Ltd. Later that year, they joined Accenture as a Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2015. During this time, they also worked at Amla Commerce as an Assistant Product Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined eClerx as a Senior Process Manager and then returned to Amla Commerce in 2019 as a Project Manager. Prakash has acquired a range of skills and experiences in project management, process management, marketing, and analytics throughout their career.

Prakash Gajghate completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and IT from Nagpur University. Prakash attended Nagpur University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.

In addition to their formal education, Prakash has also obtained various certifications. Prakash completed the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis Level 2 (CCBA), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Agile Scrum Master, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications. These certifications were obtained in 2022, with the Agile Scrum Master, CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certifications obtained in May and April 2022, and the remaining certifications obtained in June 2022. Prakash Gajghate obtained these certifications from Simplilearn and Scrum Alliance institutions.
