Jeff Bachmann

Jeff Bachmann has extensive experience in building operations and facility management, currently serving as the Director of Building Operations at AMLI Residential since January 2015, overseeing capital building projects in the Denver region. Prior roles include Service Manager and Head Service Technician, responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and various services for a 309-unit apartment community, as well as positions as Grounds Specialist and Stone Specialist with Alpencrest Landscape Specialties and Berry Estate. Jeff's career began as a General Laborer, progressing through various operational roles, reflecting a strong foundation in property management and maintenance. Jeff holds a High School Diploma from Evergreen High School and has completed coursework at Red Rocks Community College.
