Adam Silvestri

Adam Silvestri is an experienced professional in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Director of Cultivation and General Manager at Natures AZ Medicines since December 2014. Silvestri oversees a large indoor cultivation facility featuring 15,000 sq ft, 462 lights, and an extensive selection of over 100 genetics. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Cultivation at Encanto Green Cross Dispensary, where operations were planned and managed from the ground up, and as Master Grower at Parc Dispensary with similar responsibilities. Silvestri has also owned Green Light Hydroponics, showcasing expertise in various cultivation systems and facility design. Additional roles include instructor at Greenway University, providing seminars on growing practices, and a grower at A.H.H.S. and House of Blues Entertainment.
