Tariq Arabi Katbi

Tariq Arabi Katbi currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Amman Baccalaureate School, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Tariq held the role of Director of Human Resources at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC from November 2015 to May 2024, and prior to that, was involved in various human resources positions at Kempinski Hotel Amman from October 2011 to December 2015, including Assistant Human Resources Manager and Senior H.R Officer. Tariq began the career in human resources as a Human Resources Clerk at Kempinski Hotels in 2011 and initially worked as a Sales Team Leader at Wilkinson's from October 2007 to October 2008. Tariq's educational background includes a Diploma in Hotel Management from the American Academy for Hotel Management and completion of a Human Resource Business Professional program at Morgan International.
