Mohanned Khalifeh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mohanned started their career as the Vice Chairman of National Portfolio Securities Plc in 1986. In 1988, they became the CEO of Arabia Trading & Consulting, where they focused on developing renewable energy and acted as an agent and consultant for foreign companies. In 2003, they took on CEO roles for Al Arabia for Tourist Investment and Al Faridah for specialised publication. These positions involved overseeing various businesses, including restaurants, catering, and publication. In 2005, Khalifeh became the CEO of AL Kawn for Radio & T.V, where they were the owner of Rotana FM, FANN FM, and AMMAN TV. Mohanned later ventured into publishing and media as the Chairman of JO Publishing in 2006. In 2013, they became the Chairman of Modern Arabia for Solar Energy (MASE), focusing on the solar energy sector. In 2014, Khalifeh assumed the role of Chairman for Arabia One for Renewable Energy, further contributing to the development of renewable energy projects. Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Amman TV. Throughout their career, Khalifeh has held various leadership positions and made significant contributions to the fields of energy, media, publishing, and tourism.

Mohanned Khalifeh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1972 and 1977.
