Carlos Machado is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business management. Currently serving as the Head of Business for the Division Plants in North America at Ammann Group since December 2011, Carlos has held multiple roles including Business Development Manager and Global Operations Manager. Prior experience includes key positions at Terex Corporation as Project Manager and Product Engineering Supervisor, as well as at AGCO Corporation as a Product Development Engineer. Carlos holds a Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria and has completed several advanced degrees, including an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership from ESPM, a Master’s in Production Engineering & Systems from Unisinos, and a recent Postgraduate Degree in Digital Business & Digital Transformation from MBA USP/Esalq. Carlos is also pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science & Analytics.
