Emil Slabon

Emil Slabon serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at AMMEGA, where responsibilities include membership on the Group Executive Committee and overseeing global operations. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles at HELLA, where Emil held the title of Vice President and managed global manufacturing engineering operations, and at ZF TRW, where management of production facilities and P&L accountability were primary duties. Emil's experience spans project management, operational excellence, production technology development, and industrialization. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Mannheim Business School and ESSEC Business School, alongside a Master's in Automation from AGH University of Krakow and additional studies in Management and Finance Management.
