Franck Baradel

Franck Baradel possesses extensive experience in project management and innovation within the polymer and plastics industries. At Trioplast Group, Franck was responsible for the feasibility and development of new polyethylene products and customer service in Northern Europe and Germany. As an Application Specialist at BASF AG, Franck managed innovation projects for plastic additives and led multidisciplinary teams in an international environment. Following a brief tenure as a Trainee Chemist at MAHLE, Franck advanced to Omya, where responsibilities included innovation in mineral filler applications and strategic marketing initiatives. Currently serving as Global Innovation Manager at AMMEGA, Franck leads corporate innovation transformation aligned with a five-year plan, overseeing a comprehensive innovation process across multiple product lines. Educational background includes studies at EM Strasbourg Business School.
