Mac Gwozdz

Maciej Gwozdz serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AMMEGA since September 2020 and holds non-executive director positions at Oras Ltd. and Velvet CARE sp. z o.o. where Gwozdz is a member of the supervisory board and chair of the nomination and compensation committee, respectively. Previously, Gwozdz has held significant roles including President Europe and COO at Outokumpu as well as Senior Vice President and Vice President at ZF Friedrichshafen, managing European operations with extensive oversight. Early career experience includes various management positions at Kompania Piwowarska. Gwozdz's academic credentials include an EMBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, among other executive education programs from prestigious institutions.
