Maisha Cox

Maisha Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, strategy development, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Modular Belting Product Manager at AMMEGA since March 2025, Maisha previously held the role of Director of Strategy & Product Management at Syntegon, where responsibilities included overseeing the global strategic development and profitability of food secondary packaging products. Maisha also demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership as the President & Franchise Owner of ecomaids, managing operations and client relations for a green cleaning franchise. Earlier experience includes product management at JTECH An HME Company, engineering leadership roles at General Cable, and participation in an engineering training program at General Cable. Maisha holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville.
