Marcin Białas is currently the Sales Manager for Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia at Volta Belting Technology, where they develop strategies to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. With over ten years of experience in sales and technical consulting, Marcin previously held roles at AMMEGA as a Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager, as well as at Mercator and Lynxrail. They hold a Master's degree in Managerial Studies from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an Engineer's degree in Automation and Robotics from Warsaw University of Technology, which complements their extensive industry experience.
