Nicolas Hamdi

Nicolas Hamdi is an experienced governance, risk management, audit, and internal control professional with over 20 years of expertise across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and IT outsourcing. They served as the Head of Internal Audit at AMMEGA from 2021 to 2023 and held key positions at AECOM, UNISYS, SITA, and KPMG, where they led teams and managed complex internal audit operations. Nicolas is currently an Independent Board Member at IIA Switzerland, focusing on strategic initiatives and member engagement. They earned a Master’s degree in Management and Business with a specialization in Financial Audit and Management Control from the Institut Superieur de Commerce de Paris.
