Tracy Canter

Tracy Canter, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Americas at AMMEGA since January 2019, following the merger of Ammeraal Beltech and Megadyne. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources North America at Ammeraal Beltech and consulting for HR leadership positions in the technology and manufacturing industries. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Bel Fuse Inc. and a lengthy tenure at Emerson where Tracy held various HR roles culminating in the Vice President position. Early career achievements include establishing the HR function at STATS LLC. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Business Minor from the University of Iowa.
