Ana Ilie has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. In 2022, they began working as a Product Manager for intive. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at Ammeon. In 2020, they founded SeedingFrenzy and was a Community Manager & Online Event Organiser for the Asian Legacy Library. In 2019, they were a Meditation Trainer, Wisdom Group Facilitator, DiamondX Speaker, and Live Interpreter for The Diamond Cutter Institute. In 2021, they were a Quality Assurance Quality Control for YSI YOGA STUDIES INSTITUTE, a Project Manager for THE ASIAN CLASSICS INSTITUTE INC, and a Counsellor for the Romanian Cultural Institute. From 2015-2020, they worked in various roles at Vodafone, including Lean Portfolio Management Scrum Master (Cyber Security), Programme Support Specialist in Vodafone Global Cyber Security, Team Lead, and Programme Support Analyst for Internet Of Things. Ana Ilie has an extensive education history. Ana obtained a High School Diploma from Scoala Centrala in Mathematics, Informatics, French, and English in 2003. Afterwards, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din București, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in International Business in 2008. In 2019 they returned to Sedona College of International Management and obtained Teacher Certifications in Time Management, Innovation & Creativity, and Leadership. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a 200H Meditation Teacher Training from Three Jewels in 2021, Agile PM Foundation from APMG International in 2018, Lean Six Sigma White Belt in 2018, Firewalker at Unleash the Power Within in 2018, Business Analysis Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017, Compostela Certificate from Metropolitan Cathedral of Compostela in 2017, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019.
