Nadisha Garg

Nadisha Garg has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2022. Nadisha started their career as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division, where they worked on resource management, task engine, data modeling, and data migration. Nadisha later worked as a Software Engineer at Quovantis Technologies and RailsMancer before joining PayU Payments Private Limited as a Software Engineer. Nadisha then joined Estuate, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on Ruby on Rails and AngularJS. In 2016, they worked as a Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer at Instant Systems Inc. Following that, they worked as a Market Research Executive at CARD Group Research, where they conducted customer surveys. Nadisha then served as a Retail Assistant - Deli at Circle K Europe. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Business Designer (Agile Consultant) at Ammeon, which is now part of intive. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Business Partner - Fintech at intive.

Nadisha Garg holds a Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the UCD Professional Academy. Nadisha pursued their undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Process and Automation from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, where they graduated in 2009 with a BE degree. In 2012, they completed their Master of Technology (MTech) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

In 2017, Nadisha enrolled at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management in 2018.

Additionally, Nadisha has obtained various certifications. In 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they completed the Scrum Master Certification Preparation course from Udemy in September 2020, and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in the same month. Nadisha obtained the Certified Digital Marketing Professional v9.0 certification from the Digital Marketing Institute in April 2022. Nadisha further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining certifications such as Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in September 2018, Social Psychology from Udemy in April 2021, and Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in March 2023. Notably, they achieved expertise in Internet/Social Media Monitoring and Analysis through Brand24 in May 2023.
