Yvonne Mc Groarty

Yvonne Mc Groarty has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Yvonne started their career in 2007 with Ammeon as a Test Engineer, where they worked on projects for an Irish telecom provider as a junior test analyst. In 2009, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Quality Assurance Tester. During their time there, they introduced the use of Quality Center (QC) to the team and implemented a new process flow to improve testing efficiency and reduce defects in the UAT phase. Yvonne returned to Ammeon in 2010 and took on various roles including Test Engineer, Support Manager, Test Manager, and eventually IT Manager. As IT Manager, they were responsible for managing Ammeon's facilities, integrating local resources for various IT functions, supporting key stakeholders and business units, and defining career paths and objectives for the IT department. Yvonne also focused on the training and development of their team members to ensure their continuous growth.

Yvonne Mc Groarty pursued their education from 2005 to 2009 at Technological University Dublin. During this time, they completed an Honours Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
