Louie Jay

Louie Jay began their work experience as a Senior JIRA Administrator at AMMEX Corporation in December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for customizing and updating projects and issue types, request types, workflows, screens, and fields on a daily basis.

Before that, Louie worked at Concentrix from May 2017 to December 2020. Louie initially served as a Technical Advisor LVL Il - JIRA Administrator, managing two instances of Atlassian tools (one premise and one cloud version). Later, they took on the role of JIRA Administrator and was responsible for creating complex JIRA workflows, schemes, permissions and schemes, notifications and schemes, issue types and schemes, and custom fields and configurations using Behaviors.

Louie Jay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo, Laguna. Louie attended the school from 2013 to 2017.
