Cary Grace

Cary Grace is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., (AMN). Ms. Grace is a transformational leader with 30 years of experience developing and executing profitable growth strategies for leading financial service organizations across human capital, banking, investment management, alternative capital, healthcare, and M&A. She is an experienced private equity advisor, corporate director, and audit committee financial expert.

Prior to joining AMN in November 2022, Ms. Grace served as the former CEO of Global Retirement, Investment and Human Capital at Aon, a $2 billion annual revenue business that provides risk management, retirement, health and human capital consulting services with more than 10,000 employees serving 10,000 clients. In addition, she led Aon’s enterprise client management and oversaw the integration of all acquisitions for the company. Her background also includes more than 14 years at Bank of America, where she led several institutional and consumer businesses. Ms. Grace holds both corporate and nonprofit board positions, including State Farm Insurance and the Rush University Medical Center Board of Trustees.

Ms. Grace holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, where she was a Baker Scholar, and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
