Liz Lustgraaf

Liz Lustgraaf serves as the Director of Workforce Optimization Solutions at AMN Healthcare since November 2013, overseeing initiatives that enhance workforce efficiency and improve patient outcomes in healthcare organizations. With a background in managing client relationships and developing strategic labor management programs, Liz has successfully held various roles including Manager of Workforce Optimization and Client Optimization Consultant. Prior experience at the University of Phoenix involved expanding corporate partnerships in the Workforce Solutions Department, while an earlier career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car saw rapid advancement from manager trainee to branch manager. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of South Dakota, with additional education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Dale Carnegie.
