Tanner Burch

Tanner Burch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tanner started their career in 2011 at B.E. Smith, where they held various roles such as Associate - Talent Strategies Division and Associate Consultant, Executive Search. In these positions, they focused on improving the applicant tracking system and worked on sourcing and marketing strategies for academic and international senior executives. Tanner later became the Division Director in the Northeast region and led the New England office, advising clients on the use of Interim Leadership, Executive Search, and Consulting Solutions. In 2019, Tanner joined AMN Healthcare as the Division Director - B.E. Smith/AMN Leadership Solutions. Tanner was responsible for leading the top-ranked executive search firm by Modern Healthcare Magazine. Currently, Tanner is serving as the Vice President of the Physician and Leadership Solutions Division at AMN Healthcare.

Tanner Burch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011.
