Claire Chou

Claire Chou is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax planning and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of International Tax Planning & Strategy at Amneal Pharmaceuticals since September 2018, Claire previously held the position of International Tax Associate Director. Prior experience includes a significant role at Syneos Health, where responsibilities included leading efforts to assess the 2017 US tax reform implications on international tax provisions. Claire's career also encompasses senior positions at Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specializing in international tax, as well as earlier roles in litigation and finance. Claire holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Baruch College.
