David Freilich

David Freilich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. David currently holds the position of Director of Medical Affairs Strategy and Product Portfolio Development at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Associate Director of Medical Operations and Strategy at Amneal Pharmaceuticals from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Amneal Pharmaceuticals, David worked at Impax Laboratories for a significant period, starting in 2012. David held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Medical Trainer and Senior Medical Science Liaison from 2014 to 2021, and Medical Science Liaison from 2012 to 2021.

David also has experience in business development, having served as the Director of Business Development at BioGenex in 2012 and as the Director of Business Development at Biopath Consulting from January 2012 to July 2012.

In addition, David Freilich has previous experience in the medical industry as a CSS and RAS at Leica Microsystems from 2007 to 2011.

Before transitioning into the medical field, David started their career as the President of Geeks to Go from 1998 to 2007, and before that, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant at Hicks and Rotner from 1990 to 1997.

David Freilich earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics, Oceanography, Math, and Chemistry from the University of Miami in 1996. David then pursued a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology/Neuroscience at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, completing it in 2006.
