Richard Perna

Richard Perna has extensive work experience in the financial and accounting field. Richard has worked at various companies, including Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Quest Diagnostics, Athena Diagnostics, Inc., and Ernst & Young. Richard's most recent position was as the VP of Financial Accounting and Reporting at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Financial Accounting and Reporting at Amneal Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Richard worked as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Quest Diagnostics from 2013 to 2017 and as the Director of Finance at Athena Diagnostics, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Richard also held the position of Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting at Quest Diagnostics from 2009 to 2011. Richard began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1996 to 2009.

Richard Perna holds a Bachelor of Science degree, where they double-majored in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University. Richard is also a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from the State of New Jersey.
