Courtney Wu has been working in the marketing and business development industry since 2006. In 2006, they were a Public Health Educator at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a Program Director at 4-H Center for Youth Development, where they created a grant dedicated to fostering youth civic engagement activities. In 2010, they became a Pro and Celebrity Marketing Manager at Rational Group, where they led global strategic marketing initiatives and forged meaningful relationships with VIPs, pro and celebrity endorsors, event sponsors, and charity partners. In 2014, they became a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Amaya. In 2016, they became a CMO at Artisans on Fire. In 2018, they became a Product Marketing Consultant at ASG Blockchain and a CEO & Co-founder at AMNESIA media, an ad tech platform that intelligently serves ads to new cannabis consumers.

Courtney Wu obtained a Master's Degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from Birkbeck, University of London in 2009. Courtney also earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Neurobiology and Behavior, Honors from the University of California, Davis between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Wu obtained a Minor in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of California, Davis. In 2015, they received a Digital Marketing Certificate from Econsultancy, and a California STD Overview for Non-Clinicians from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
