Sophie Mariam Fadiga

Sophie Mariam FADIGA is an experienced professional in human rights education and advocacy, currently serving as the Director of the Engagement and Human Rights Education Sector at Amnesty International France since January 2016. FADIGA has developed and implemented training strategies tailored to diverse adult learners within the organization. Previous roles include Trainer for Trainers at ESENESR, where FADIGA focused on integrating cognitive neuroscience into training methodologies, and various positions at Amnesty International, including Training Officer and Mission Officer. Other notable experiences include project management at Road Tree'P, work on refugee empowerment in South Africa with ARESTA, and socio-legal support for foreign nationals with La Cimade. FADIGA holds two Master's degrees in Social Development and Comparative Anthropology and has furthered professional training in pedagogical practices.
