Donncha Ó Cearbhaill

Donncha Ó Cearbhaill serves as the Head of Security Lab at Amnesty Tech since February 2023, previously holding roles as Acting Head and Technologist within the same organization from February 2018 to July 2022, focusing on targeted digital surveillance of activists and human rights defenders.
