Mirlinda Caton

Mirlinda Caton currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Science Press since May 2017 and has been an integral part of Amnesty International as the Europe Specialist and Chair since September 2004, providing expertise and representing the organization on Capitol Hill. Caton's previous roles include Senior Director of the Scientific and Education Division at ARP Press and several positions at the American Registry of Pathology, including Director of the Scientific Division, where management of scientific publications and operational efficiencies was a key focus. Caton also has experience at the Government Relations Office of Amnesty International, contributing significantly to reports on human rights issues, and has conducted research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BA in International Law and Diplomacy from Brigham Young University.
