Najia Bounaim

Najia Bounaim is an experienced professional in the fields of organisational development and movement building, currently serving as an Organisational Development and Movement Building Advisor at Amnesty International since December 2023. Prior consulting work includes a role with various NGOs from September 2021 to December 2023. Najia has held leadership positions such as Country Director at Avocats Sans Frontières - ASF and MENA Deputy Regional Director (Head of Campaigns) at Amnesty International.
