Gabriel Wheeler

Gabriel Wheeler is an experienced video producer and editor at Amoeba Music, where collaboration on the "What's In My Bag" series has been a significant focus since May 1998. In addition to video production, Gabriel serves as a Japanese music buyer, specializing in underground music and JPOP, and has experience in purchasing used products. Earlier professional roles include staff photographer for Moholy Ground Project and executive editor at Moholy Ground Magazine, overseeing article pitches and editorial deadlines. Prior experience as music manager at Hastings involved purchasing music and managing staff. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from The University of New Mexico and a certificate in Japanese Language Studies from the Community College of San Francisco.
