Oliver Doerner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and management within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as CEO and CFO at Amoena since May 2019, Oliver has previously held CFO roles at a private equity-owned healthcare distributor and a portfolio company focused on the retail market, where significant expansions and successful sales to private equity were achieved. Earlier in the career, Oliver held various positions, including CFO and change manager in sectors such as construction, energy, and pharmaceuticals, demonstrating a strong track record in restructuring and financial leadership. Oliver's background also includes finance director roles in pharmaceutical companies across the US, EU, and AU, as well as capital markets experience in one of Germany's top banks.
