Chief Marketing Officer at AMOG

Melaina Oldham has gained extensive work experience in various roles and companies throughout their career. Melaina began working at Gordon and Gotch Australia in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative and Team Leader before becoming an Account Manager in Publisher Services. Melaina then served as a Business Analyst in Retail before leaving in 2002.

In 2002, Oldham joined Pacific Magazines as an Account Executive in Circulation, where they worked until 2003. Melaina then moved to Gordon and Gotch, where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Consultant until 2005.

Oldham's next role was at British American Tobacco, where they held various positions from 2005 to 2012. Melaina started as a Business Executive in Grocery before becoming a Brand Executive for Mainstream Brands and later an Insights Manager. In their final role at the company, they were the National Marketing Planning Manager.

Since 2012, Oldham has been working at AMOG, a high-end engineering consulting firm. Melaina initially served as the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager, responsible for marketing strategy and content management. In addition to this role, they also took on the responsibility of coordinating and driving the company's business development focus. Currently, they hold the positions of Group Company Secretary and Chief Marketing Officer at AMOG.

Throughout their career, Oldham has shown expertise in marketing, corporate communications, business development, and strategic planning.

Melaina Oldham holds a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia, which was completed in 2021. Melaina also obtained an MBA (Exec) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Literature from Monash University between 1993 and 1995. Melaina Oldham completed their secondary education at Camberwell Girls Grammar School, where they obtained their VCE from 1987 to 1992.
